1. To place an order, please submit an inquiry form here. Please bank in the amount within 24 hours after order confirmation.
请填写一切资料并呈交您的订单, 当收到我们确定您的订单后请在24小时内汇款，否则订单一律取消。
2. A 50% deposit for pre order item(s), balance must be paid before shipment. No cancellation or exchange. Deposit is non-refundable for any cancellation. Full refund will be returned if the item(s) is out of stock.
预购产品须付50%订金，余额50%等待产品完工后，请于寄货前付清。 取消订单订金一律不退还，确定订单后不能更改。 缺货产品一律退还订金。
3. Return policy - No refund, exchanges or returns. All sales are FINAL.
货物出门，恕不退还。
4. Shipment : a. Items will be shipped via Post Laju within 3 days after order confirmation. Postage will be determined by the weight of your item.

邮寄: 付款后的三日工作天内通过马来西亚快邮服务将货品寄出。邮费将依据该货品重量计算。

5. Goods sold are NEW and in good condition. We will do our best to check the items before mailing it. We will not be responsible for any loss, damage, delays and/or customs fees/taxes during delivery.
我们会很详细检查包裹和包装,如在寄送过程中有任何损坏或遗失，我们将一概不负责。
